Marketing Head / CMO – Events & Banquets Venue GrowthExperience: 6 to 10 YearsRole OverviewWe are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Marketing Head / CMO to lead marketing, business development, and revenue growth for a portfolio of banquet venues. The candidate will be responsible for increasing event bookings, strengthening brand positioning, and building a strong pipeline of business opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute marketing strategies to increase venue bookings and overall revenue.Drive business growth across weddings, corporate events, social functions, and other hospitality segments.Build strategic partnerships with wedding planners, event agencies, corporate clients, and relevant platforms for weddings and other large-format events, Lead digital marketing, brand positioning, promotional campaigns, and lead generation initiatives.Oversee the sales funnel, improve enquiry-to-booking conversion rates, and identify new revenue opportunities.Build and lead a high-performing marketing and business development team.Define growth targets, monitor performance, and ensure measurable business results.Ideal CandidateRelevant experience in hospitality, weddings, banquet venues, event management, or venue marketing.Proven experience in marketing leadership, business development, and revenue generation.Strong industry network with the ability to generate leads and close high-value bookings.Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and execution skills.Highly ambitious, hands-on, and commercially driven, with a strong ownership mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
