Role Description The Head of Operations is a part-time hybrid role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with flexibility for some work from home. This role oversees day-to-day operational activities, including planning and optimizing processes that support network events, member engagement, and strategic initiatives. Responsibilities include managing budgets, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring efficient resource allocation across programs and partnerships. The Head of Operations will coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain operational policies, and support the leadership team with data-driven insights for continuous improvement. The role also involves identifying operational risks and opportunities, implementing best practices, and fostering a collaborative and accountable working environment.QualificationsStrong Operations Management and Budgeting skills to oversee processes, resources, and financial planning.Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, develop insights, and inform operational decisions.Proven Team Management and Communication skills to lead cross-functional groups and collaborate with senior stakeholders.Experience in strategic planning, process optimization, and performance measurement.Background in technology, digital transformation, or professional networks is an advantage.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment and manage responsibilities autonomously.
