Role - Head of ProductLocation - Dublin 2 (Hybrid)Reporting line - CEO / C-SuiteRemit - Be the first hands-on product hire to own and drive the product strategy, roadmap and execution for a new AI-Native Insurance platform.As Head of Product, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy, vision and roadmap for an integrated, AI-native, cloud-native, event-driven and highly configurable insurance technology platform supporting the end-to-end insurance value chain.Skills & Experience required:10+ years product leadership experience in Insurtech, insurance software or core insurance platforms.Strong knowledge of insurance domain, ideally spanning underwriting, pricing, policy administration and claims.Proven experience building or scaling configurable, cloud-based, multi-client enterprise platforms.Strong understanding of AI-enabled products, event-driven architectures, APIs, data platforms and modern software delivery models.Ability to translate complex insurance requirements into reusable, commercially viable product capabilities.Hands-on product management experience, including writing requirements and working day to day with engineering teams.Experience working with cross-functional product, engineering/technology and commercial teams.Strong commercial judgement, strategic thinking, customer orientation and executive stakeholder management.For further insights via a confidential conversation, feel free to apply today for consideration!
