We’re hiring: Head of Regional Operations – Central RegionAt NWF Fuels, our vision is simple: to keep the nation warm, working and moving. We’re the UK’s third-largest fuel distributor, serving 117,000 homes, farms and businesses from 32 depots across England and Wales.Now we’re entering a bold new chapter. A new senior leadership team is investing in our people, fleet and technology, and rolling out a regional operating model that puts real ownership closer to our customers. Our Central region, right in the heart of the Midlands, is key to delivering it.📍 Based at our Kenilworth hub, leading depots across the MidlandsThis isn’t a coordination role. You’ll own the region end to end:Safety, compliance and protecting our operator licenceThe regional budget, cost control and efficiencyDelivering for our customers, on time and in fullLeading our Regional Transport Managers, planners and tanker drivers across multiple depotsYou’ll have real autonomy, freedom within a framework, and a direct line to a leadership team that wants to challenge how our industry has always worked.We’d love to hear from commercially sharp, visible operations leaders who have led change across multi-site transport or distribution. Fuel or ADR experience is a bonus, but not essential. Fresh thinking from wider logistics is very welcome.Salary: Up to £85,000 + up to 25% annual bonus + car allowance + 25 days’ holidayReady to own a region and help shape our future?
