Health Safety Environment Officer

We’re Hiring | HSE OfficerToprock Interiors LLC | UAEToprock Interiors is looking for a qualified and experienced HSE Officer to join our team and support safe working practices across live mall operations and project sites.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in HSE management within operational mall environments, strong knowledge of safety regulations, and the ability to coordinate effectively with project teams, contractors, and site personnel.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement and monitor Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures in line with project requirements and applicable UAE safety regulations.Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and hazard assessments to identify unsafe conditions and practices.Ensure HSE compliance during fit-out works and ongoing activities within live mall environments.Conduct risk assessments and ensure appropriate control measures are implemented.Monitor contractor activities and ensure adherence to approved HSE procedures and safety standards.Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and awareness sessions for employees, contractors, and site personnel.Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.Ensure the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and compliance with site-specific safety requirements.Monitor high-risk activities and verify that appropriate safety precautions and control measures are in place.Maintain accurate HSE documentation, including inspection reports, risk assessments, incident reports, training records, and safety checklists.Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and management to resolve safety concerns and ensure timely closure of observations.Promote a proactive safety culture and support compliance with relevant authority requirements and HSE approval processes.Desired Candidate ProfileDiploma or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant engineering or science-related discipline.Candidates must hold at least one of the following academic qualifications:Three-year full-time Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Electronics Engineering.Four-year Engineering Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or HSE.Bachelor's Degree with a Science and Mathematics background.NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) is mandatory for candidates whose qualifying academic credentials were obtained before 2020.NEBOSH Diploma will be an added advantage.Minimum 3 years of HSE experience in live mall operations.ADOSH/OSHAD approval or relevant approval status is preferred.Strong knowledge of workplace safety procedures, hazard identification, risk assessment, and incident prevention.Proven experience in site inspections, contractor safety monitoring, and HSE documentation.Good communication, coordination, reporting, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively in a busy, operational environment and coordinate with multiple contractors.Immediate joiners will be given preference.Interested in Joining Toprock Interiors?If you meet the above requirements and have relevant experience in live mall operations, we would like to hear from you.Please submit your application through LinkedIn or share your updated CV with our recruitment team.Join Toprock Interiors and be part of a team committed to delivering quality projects while maintaining the highest standards of workplace safety.#Hiring #HSEOfficer #HSEJobs #SafetyOfficer #MallOperations #UAEJobs #DubaiJobs #FitOutJobs #ToprockInteriors
