Home Automation Support Technician

Job description:Salary: AED 1200 – 1,500/month (Based on experience)Key ResponsibilitiesPerform preventive and corrective maintenance of ELV and Smart Home systems.Troubleshoot Home Automation, CCTV, Access Control, Video Intercom, Wi-Fi, and Networking issues.Configure and support smart devices including Zigbee, Wi-Fi, and IP-based systems.Handle customer service requests professionally.Prepare service reports and maintenance documentation.Coordinate with the technical team for escalations and spare parts.Ensure SLA compliance and high customer satisfaction.Preferred SkillsExperience in Home Automation or ELV Systems.Knowledge of:CCTVAccess ControlVideo IntercomStructured CablingNetworking (Routers, Switches, Wi-Fi)Smart Home Platforms (Aqara, Tuya, Smart Life, Home Assistant is an advantage)Basic understanding of IP networking.Good troubleshooting skills.Good English communication skills.RequirementsDiploma or Degree in Electronics, Electrical, IT, Networking, or related field.0-1 years of relevant experience preferred.UAE Driving Licence is an added advantage (not mandatory).Immediate joiners preferred.Own Visa prefferedMust be willing to work 6 days per week.We OfferEmployment VisaMedical Insurance (as per UAE Labour Law)Annual LeaveProfessional Growth OpportunitiesTraining on Smart Home & Automation TechnologiesOpportunity to work with leading enterprise clientsAccommodation
