We build community-focused projectsfor the Cambodian middle class.About Position: This is a newly created management role designed to strengthen cleanliness, presentation, service quality, inspection standards, SOP compliance, and team accountability across the property. The role sits above the existing Housekeeping Team Leader / Supervisor and is responsible for providing professional housekeeping leadership, structure, training, inspections, and follow-up. This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on hotel housekeeping standards, long-stay and short-stay cleaning, deep cleaning, vacate cleaning, preventive maintenance reporting, and consistent service delivery.This position reports to the Assistant Manager of Hospitality / Operations at Rose.Velea Serviced Apartments and Suites ~50% of total workManage housekeeping standards for 120 serviced apartments, including Studios, One-Bedroom, Two-Bedroom, and Home Office layouts;Ensure all apartments are cleaned, inspected, and professionally presented before arrival, after departure, and throughout the stay where applicable;Maintain appropriate housekeeping standards for short-stay guests and long-stay residents;Oversee tenancy vacate cleaning, including deep cleaning, odour control, stain removal, upholstery/rug cleaning, curtain cleaning, and final inspection before release;Control linen, towels, amenities, cleaning equipment, machines, tools, and chemicals;Follow up on cleanliness complaints and ensure corrective action is taken;Identify, record, and follow up on preventive maintenance defects found during housekeeping inspections.Commune ~20% of total workManage housekeeping standards for 40 serviced studio apartments and all Commune shared areas;Ensure the common kitchen, dining areas, laundry room, lounges, co-living areas, co-working areas, public / shares spaces are clean, fresh, and ready for use;Support daily operations, resident use, meetings, events, and community activities through proper cleaning schedules and operational readiness;Coordinate with Operations, Community, Events, Front Office, Maintenance, and outsourced providers where required;Identify, record, and follow up on preventive maintenance issues across Commune spaces.Rose Apple Square (Public Areas)~20% of total workManage the daily cleanliness and presentation of Rose Apple Square public areas, including the park, playground, courtyard, gardens, entrances, walkways, public toilets, and shared facilities;Ensure public spaces are clean, safe, fresh, well presented, and free from visible hazards;Monitor smell, stains, litter, pests, standing water, blocked drains, damaged items, safety hazards, and overall first impression;Ensure garbage rooms are checked daily, kept clean and organized, prepared for garbage collection, and deep cleaned after collection;Coordinate with pest control, gardening, security, maintenance, and outsourced cleaners where required.Bakong Village~20% of total workManage housekeeping standards for 15+ residences;Ensure residences are cleaned, inspected, and professionally presented before guest arrival and after guest departure;Train, coach, and supervise assigned housekeeping attendants to ensure consistent standards.Required SkillsHousekeeping Operations: Strong hands-on experience managing hotel housekeeping operations, including room cleaning, public area cleaning, room inspections, team supervision, and daily service delivery. Experience with serviced apartments, residences, or mixed-use property housekeeping is an advantage.Inspection and Quality Control: Highly detail-oriented with the ability to identify cleanliness issues, odors, stains, dust, hair, mold, pests, damage, safety risks, poor presentation, and maintenance defects.Deep Cleaning and Vacate Cleaning: Strong knowledge of deep cleaning standards, including long-stay departure cleaning, odour control, stain removal, bathroom deep cleaning, kitchen deep cleaning, and final release inspection.Experience with tenancy vacate cleaning, upholstery/rug cleaning, and curtain cleaning is an advantage.SOP and Checklist Management: Able to create, implement, manage, and improve housekeeping SOPs, checklists, inspection standards, cleaning schedules, and follow-up routines.Team Leadership and Training: Able to lead, train, coach, supervise, and hold theHousekeeping Team Leader / Supervisor and housekeeping team accountable for consistent daily standards.Preventive Maintenance Follow-Up: Able to identify, report, record, and follow up on maintenance defects found during housekeeping inspections.Education & ExperienceThis position is open to all nationals, Khmer national preferred.Minimum 7 years’ housekeeping experience in hotels, resorts, serviced apartments, or similar hospitality environments;Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Housekeeping Manager, or equivalent, is required;Experience in serviced apartments or mixed-use development is an advantage;Fluent/Native Khmer language is required;Good spoken and written English communication is required;Computer literacy is required, including email, basic reporting, checklists, and schedules.First 3-Month PrioritiesReview current housekeeping standards, team structure, SOPs, checklists, and daily routines;Retrain the housekeeping team on Velea, Commune, and Rose Apple Squarestandards;Establish clear inspection standards for apartments, public areas, shared spaces, garbage areas, and outdoor areas;Implement practical daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules;Strengthen deep cleaning and vacate cleaning standards for long-stay departures;Improve preventive maintenance reporting, follow-up, and accountability;Improve team discipline, productivity, presentation, consistency, and attention to detail.For more details: Please go to JD in our ULS website by clicking on the link below:Project Coordinator — Urban Living Solutions
