Head of People - Luxury Restaurant Group, LondonSalary: Up to £120,000 per annum, plus benefitsWe are working with a leading luxury restaurant group to recruit an exceptional HR Director to lead its people strategy across a portfolio of prestigious restaurant sites in London.This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR leader with a strong background in luxury hospitality, high-end restaurants or premium lifestyle brands. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the group's people strategy, developing its culture and driving operational excellence across multiple sites.As HR Director, you will partner closely with the senior leadership team to deliver a forward-thinking people strategy that supports the group's continued growth and success. You will oversee all aspects of HR, from talent acquisition and retention to employee relations, leadership development and organisational effectiveness.Working across several London locations, you will ensure that HR initiatives align with the group's high standards of service, quality and employee experience.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement the group's overall HR strategy, aligned with business objectives and growth plans.Partner with senior leadership and operational teams to drive business performance through effective people management.Lead talent acquisition strategies, ensuring the attraction and retention of exceptional talent across all levels.Oversee employee relations, providing expert guidance on complex HR matters and employment legislation.Develop succession planning, leadership development and talent management programmes.Drive employee engagement, retention and a positive workplace culture across all sites.Review and optimise HR policies, processes and procedures to ensure consistency and best practice.Support workforce planning, organisational design and change management initiatives.Ensure compliance with UK employment legislation and promote best practice across the business.Lead, develop and mentor the HR function, ensuring a commercially focused and proactive approach.

Requirements

Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, ideally as an HR Director or Head of HR within luxury hospitality, premium restaurants or a high-end multi-site business.Strong understanding of the operational demands of a multi-site restaurant group.A commercially minded HR professional who can balance strategic leadership with hands-on operational support.Excellent knowledge of UK employment law and complex employee relations.A track record of building high-performing teams, improving employee engagement and developing talent.Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at board and executive level.A passion for luxury hospitality, service excellence and creating outstanding employee experiences.Available to start immediately.
