As a Graduate in HR, you will have a unique and exciting opportunity to join a young and dynamic company, while delivering excellent employee experiences in the investment product space.What you'll doSupport HR administration across our global locations, including onboarding, offboarding and employee documentationLearn to use our HR information system and keep employee data up to date across our global locationsAssist with general queries received in the HR mailbox from employees and line managers.Support benefits administration globallyMap our HR processes end to end and turn them into practical easy to use standard operating proceduresContribute to our Young Talent strategy through university partnerships and events.Help prepare HR reports and contribute to regular data quality checks.What you'll needMaster’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, Behavioural Science, Social / Organizational Psychology or a related fieldStrong interest in learning about Human Resources processesCuriosity and adaptability in a fast-changing environmentStrong organizational skills with a detail-oriented and independent working styleA team-player mindset with a great sense of humorAbility to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentialityFluency in English, any other language is an advantageNice to havePrevious internship experienceWhy you'll love working hereHands-on exposure to the full range of HR operations in an international environmentTwo intensive one-week off-site training programmes focused on core skills for early-career development.Following successful completion of the twelve-month Leonteq Graduate Programme, we intend to offer permanent full-time employment and support your continued career development at Leonteq.
