Industrial Trainee

Overall Purpose of the JobResponsible to assist on maintenance tracking and filing/record of maintenance checklist of wireline unit (WLU) , PCE , DHT , SCSSV and Wellhead equipment are well maintained as per standard industry practice at all times. May assist maintenance technician on equipment inspection as well when and where required.Principle DutiesEnsure that the company policies, procedures and KPI’s on QHSE are adhered to and implemented as prescribed.Comply to the requirements of Competence Management System.Carry out all tasks as per QMS process/procedures and maintain adequate records for audit purposes.Assist on filing and record of maintenance checklist for wireline/PCE/DHT Units i.e. power pack, reel skid, mast, control panel , lubricators , BOP etc.Assist to prepare and ensure maintenance tracking record of all the wireline units/PCE/DHT/SCSSV/Wellhead equipments are up to date and safe to be used for operation.Assist on logistic requirement and movement of equipment in the workshop area.Assist Maintenance Supervisor and Wireline Operator with Inspections and safety check on wireline equipment as required.Attend daily toolbox meeting and assist HSE task where required.Ensure the workplace is a clean, tidy and free of any obstruction.Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior.Knowledge/Experience Required for the JobKnowledge in Microsofts skill.Knowledge in hydraulic or engine System – Mechanical and Electrical.Academic/Professional Qualification Certificate or Diploma / Degree in engineering related studies
