Company OverviewIIT Kanpur Development Foundation (IITK DF) is a Section 8, not-for-profit, company established by IIT Kanpur to engage with external stakeholders like Alumni, Corporates, Foundations, and Philanthropists in India and across the globe, and to raise funds to meet its long-term growth aspirations. Such offices are called ‘development offices’ in universities of global repute and usually have a staffing of 1 for every 1,000 alumni. IITKDF seeks to appoint a Finance & Accounts Intern as defined below:Position: Finance & Accounts Intern

Location: IIT Kanpur Development Foundation (IITKDF), KanpurReporting to: Senior Manager– Finance, Accounts & AdminDuration: 6 Months (Extendable based on performance)Responsibilities and Expectations● Assist with the preparation of books of account.● Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes by compiling documentationand verifying schedules.● Maintain organized hard copies and digital financial records and ensure compliance withinternal controls and record retention policies.Required Skills● Knowledge of Tally.● Proficiency in Microsoft Office.● High level of attention to detail.● Good time management & Prioritization skills.Please share your CV at Pragya/swarnima@iitkdf.org
