PCM Encore · Denver, CO
Tailor my CV for this job — freeAbout PCM EncoreHelp Build the Wealth Management Firm of the Future. What if you could combine the resources of a leading wealth management institution, the technology of a Silicon Valley startup, and an ownership opportunity in a rapidly growing firm founded by a proven entrepreneur? That’s what we’re building at PCM Encore.PCM Encore is a rapidly growing, founder-led wealth management firm and multi-family office. In less than two years, we’ve grown to more than $2 billion in client assets by combining sophisticated investment management, tax strategy, family office services, and a technology-driven approach to client acquisition and service. But we’re just getting started.Technology Is at the Center of Everything We DoWe believe the wealth management industry is on the verge of a fundamental transformation driven by artificial intelligence, automation, and better software. Most wealth management firms rely on legacy technology and processes that haven’t meaningfully changed in decades. We’re building something different. Our advisors work alongside software engineers, investment professionals, and entrepreneurs to develop proprietary technology designed to eliminate repetitive work, improve client outcomes, and dramatically increase advisor productivity. Our ambition is simple: Give exceptional wealth management professionals the technology and resources to accomplish more than they could anywhere else. We want our people spending less time on administrative tasks and more time doing what matters: solving complex problems, building client relationships, and delivering exceptional advice.Built by Entrepreneurs, Not Career BankersPCM Encore was founded by Mike Paulus, former Founding President of Addepar and co-founder of Assurance IQ. Mike helped build Addepar into one of the wealth management industry’s leading technology platforms before co-founding Assurance IQ, which was acquired by Prudential for $2.35 billion. Today, we’re bringing that same entrepreneurial approach to wealth management. We’re combining Silicon Valley’s approach to technology, talent, and innovation with the sophistication and personal relationships that define exceptional wealth management. An Institutional-Quality Platform Without the BureaucracyThrough our strategic relationship with Morgan Stanley and Graystone Consulting, led by Mark Curtis, our clients benefit from sophisticated investment capabilities and institutional resources. Our platform combines traditional wealth management with advanced tax planning, proprietary investment opportunities, accounting, and comprehensive family office services. We believe advisors should have access to exceptional resources without sacrificing the agility, autonomy, and personal service of an independent firm.Build Equity, Not Just a CareerAt most established wealth management firms, you’re helping build someone else’s business. At PCM Encore, we want our employees to participate directly in the value they help create. Our compensation philosophy includes broad-based equity ownership and revenue-sharing opportunities, aligning our team’s success with the long-term growth of the firm. We’re looking for ambitious people who want more than a conventional career path. People who want to take ownership, influence how the business operates, and help build something that could become one of the defining wealth management companies of the next generation. Why Join Now?We’ve already demonstrated significant early traction, growing to more than $2 billion in client assets in under 24 months. We’re investing in technology, expanding our capabilities, and assembling a team of exceptional professionals who want to rethink how wealth management works.Joining now means having a meaningful voice in how the company develops, working directly with its founders, and participating in the growth of a business with substantial ambitions. We’re not looking for people who simply want to work at another wealth management firm. We’re looking for people who want to help build a better one.
