The selected partner will work alongside the founding team to support business development, strengthen commercial strategy and help establish a sustainable business.Key Responsibilities- Contribute personal investment capital, subject to mutually agreed terms and due diligence.- Collaborate with the founder on business strategy, financial priorities and growth planning.- Support client acquisition, commercial partnerships and revenue development.- Identify new markets, business opportunities and strategic relationships.- Contribute relevant industry expertise, networks and entrepreneurial judgment.- Participate in key decisions according to the agreed governance structure.- Support the development of a scalable and financially sustainable business.Ideal Candidate- An individual with genuine investment capacity and a lawful, verifiable source of funds.- An entrepreneur, investor, business owner or experienced professional with commercial judgment.- Someone comfortable with early-stage business uncertainty and long-term value creation.- A person who can contribute more than capital through strategic thinking, execution or business relationships.- Someone who values transparency, accountability, due diligence and clear agreements.Investment & Partnership StructureThe investment amount, ownership, responsibilities, decision-making rights and partnership structure will be discussed individually based on the candidate’s profile and proposed contribution.Possible structures may include equity participation, a shareholder loan or another legally appropriate arrangement.
