ExperienceA good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essentialExperience in similar role in an Accounts Team preferred.Business Graduate/Commencement of financial qualification preferred.The ability to learn new systems and controls.Excellent attention to detail and accuracyStrong organizational and time management skills.ResponsibilityAssisting in the support of complex vendor accountsInvoice processing for key vendors such as coffee and tea vendors.Vendor based accruals and prepayment postingCapital Expenditure Processing:Learn and support the Capital Expenditure (CapEx) workflow by accurately creating and setting up new asset items in the accounting system.Open Receipts Reconciliation:Monitor outstanding receipts regularly, investigating and resolving discrepancies to ensure the accuracy of pending transactionMonth-End Close Assistance:Support the senior finance team during the month-end closing process by gathering data and preparing preliminary updates for rebates and overhead costs.Assisting with month end reporting and reconciliation with general ledger.Supplier reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations.Miscellaneous Finance Tasks and reporting
