Key Responsibilities

Record and maintain general ledger entries and financial transactions.Prepare monthly bank, credit card, and account reconciliations.Assist with accounts payable and receivable activities.Support month-end and year-end closing processes.Prepare journal entries and supporting documentation.Assist in preparing financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.Support internal and external audits.Ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS and company accounting policies.Coordinate with other departments to resolve accounting discrepancies.

Requirements

Academic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Master’s degree is preferred.Engineering, or an equivalent technical field.Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (spoken and written)Years of Experience: 0-2 Years of experience in the same field.

Technical Skills

Knowledge of different softwares such as QuickBooks, SAP, Tally, or Oracle is a plus.
