- Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow.
- Monitor income, expenses, accounts payable, and receivable.
- Ensure accurate financial records and timely financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations, VAT, Corporate Tax, and other applicable tax requirements.
- Develop and implement effective financial controls and procedures.
- Monitor branch-wise financial performance and provide regular reports to management.
- Handle financial transactions and coordinate with banks, auditors, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimisation and improved financial efficiency.
- Visit nursery branches as and when required to monitor financial operations
- MBA / Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 4–5 years of relevant UAE experience in finance and accounting.
- Strong knowledge of UAE financial regulations, VAT, Corporate Tax, and taxation requirements.
- Previous experience managing multi-branch financial operations would be an advantage.
- Strong expertise in budgeting, financial planning, reporting, and financial management.
- Excellent analytical, organisational, and leadership skills.
- Must hold a valid UAE driving licence and be willing to visit branches when required.
