Position Title: Senior Estimation & Pre-Contracts Manager Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 55k AED inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A well-established group based in Dubai with a strong presence in Luxury Residential & Commercial Fit-Out Job Description: -Lead client consultations, property inspections and technical assessments for luxury villas, high-end residences and commercial fit-out projects -Prepare comprehensive BOQs, cost estimates, tenders and commercial proposals. -Present technical and commercial solutions to premium clients, negotiate contract terms, and actively convert opportunities into awarded projects. -Coordinate with design, procurement and construction teams to validate project feasibility up to execution -Open to male candidates aged 50 years old and below, with a minimum of 7 years of relevant UAE/GCC experience in luxury residential and commercial fit-out. -RICS professional qualification or membership, preferably MRICS, with independently verifiable membership status. -Proven portfolio demonstrating personal contribution to securing high-value fit-out contracts, supported by project examples, awarded contract values, tender conversion rates and measurable commercial achievements. -Advanced expertise in full-cycle BOQ preparation, estimation, tender management, cost planning, value engineering and commercial negotiations, with excellent client-facing, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
