Welcome spa guests professionally, manage treatment reservations, coordinate therapist schedules, and ensure a relaxing, personalized experience from arrival through departure. ? Provide knowledgeable recommendations on spa treatments, wellness packages, memberships, and retail products while actively supporting upselling and revenue generation. ? Handle appointment confirmations, guest inquiries, payments, billing, and feedback while maintaining accurate booking records and ensuring smooth daily reception operations. ? Coordinate with Spa Therapists, Housekeeping, and hotel departments to maintain treatment schedules, uphold cleanliness and presentation standards, and resolve guest concerns discreetly.

Qualifications

? Preferably Female, aged 23 to 36; Overseas candidates are welcome to apply ? With at least 2 years experience as a Spa Receptionist, Wellness Receptionist, or Guest Service Agent within a 4-star or 5-star hotel, luxury spa, or premium wellness establishment. ? Familiarity with spa booking systems, appointment scheduling, POS transactions, treatment packages, and spa retail sales. ? Excellent customer service, professional presentation, strong organizational skills, a welcoming personality, good English communication, and fluency in Russian or Arabic.
