Job Description

? Create an exceptional first impression by warmly welcoming arriving guests, recognizing VIPs, and delivering attentive, personalized hospitality throughout the lobby and arrival areas. ? Assist guests with directions, hotel facilities, restaurant recommendations, transportation inquiries, and general requests while ensuring a smooth and welcoming arrival experience. ? Coordinate closely with Front Office, Concierge, Bell Desk, and Guest Relations teams to manage guest flow, facilitate arrivals, and ensure efficient assistance during peak periods. ? Maintain an elegant, welcoming, and organized lobby environment while proactively identifying guest needs, addressing concerns, and promoting hotel services and experiences.

Qualifications

? Preferably Female, aged 23 to 36; Overseas candidates are welcome to apply ? Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as a Lobby Ambassador, Lobby Host, Guest Relations Agent, or Guest Service Associate in a 4- or 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality establishment. ? Fluency in Russian, Mandarin Chinese, or Arabic is highly preferred, with good English communication skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, professional grooming, and a confident, welcoming approach when engaging with guests from diverse cultural backgrounds. ? Proactive, approachable, and service-oriented, with strong attention to detail, excellent situational awareness, and the ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced, guest-facing environments.
