Junior QA Engineer

Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in coil and heat exchanger manufacturing.Roles & ResponsibilitiesConduct incoming, in-process, and final inspections of raw materials, components, and finished products.Inspect products against engineering drawings, BOMs, specifications, quality standards, and customer requirements.Develop, maintain, and review Quality Control Plans (QCPs), Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and inspection checklists.Identify, document, and control non-conformances, including raising and following up on NCRs.Support Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and verification of corrective action effectiveness.Support process and product quality audits on the manufacturing shop floor and follow up on identified actions.Assist with laboratory testing, inspection activities, test documentation, and reporting as required.Maintain and control quality records and documentation in accordance with document control requirements.Monitor and report process and product quality performance, including rejection, rework, FPY, and defects
