By working across supply chain, manufacturing, and service domains, we ensure the system effectively supports evolving business needs.Your RoleAs a Lead Application Analyst you willProvide senior functional and technical support for the Infor LN ERP platform, resolving complex incidents and problems across supply chain, manufacturing, service, and warehousingConfigure, maintain, and optimize Infor LN modules and sessions to align the system with business processes and requirementsSupport and troubleshoot Infor LN integrations, BODs, and interfaces with other enterprise and third-party systemsManage and support customizations, extensions, and reports, working with technical resources and vendors where neededAnalyze business requirements and change requests, and translate them into functional designs, configuration, or technical solutionsLead testing, validation, and deployment of changes, enhancements, patches, and upgrades, following change management standardsIdentify and drive process improvements and system optimizations that increase efficiency, data quality, and user adoptionCoordinate with Infor and external partners on support cases, fixes, and delivery, and validate vendor solutions and readinessMaintain documentation of configurations, processes, customizations, and support procedures.Provide guidance and knowledge sharing to other analysts and business users, acting as the senior technical reference for Infor LNWhat We’re Looking ForSkills and CompetenciesInforLN focused experience in Manufacturing + LogisticsTechnical experience in reports customization + workflow configurationsAt least 2 implementation done previouslyStrong hands-on experience supporting and configuring Infor LN ERP (or Baan), across both functional and technical areas.Deep functional knowledge of supply chain, manufacturing, service, and warehousing processes within Infor LNExperience with Infor LN technical components such as sessions, BODs, integrations, interfaces, and customizationsStrong understanding of ERP integration concepts and data flows with other enterprise systems.Experience with incident, problem, and change management in an ERP support environmentAbility to analyse business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilitiesStrong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, across business, technical, and vendor teamsAbility to manage multiple priorities and adjust quickly to changing needsExperience with Infor LN tooling, ION, or related Infor platformsExperience with SQL and reporting tools for ERP dataExposure to ERP upgrades, rollouts, or migrationsExperience in construction, engineering, manufacturing, or other project-based industriesQualifications & ExperienceDegree in appropriate discipline or equivalent demonstrated experience and/or5+ years experienceRelevant Infor LN or ERP certifications are an advantageWhat We OfferThe chance to contribute to some of UAE most iconic projects.A collaborative, supportive environment that values innovation and excellence.Opportunities for professional growth and career progression.Ready to drive impact through Infor LN ERP excellence?If you’re inspired by what you’ve read and believe you’re the right fit, we’d love to hear from you.Join ALEC Holdings and play a pivotal role in shaping a high-performing team that drives our success.Apply today and be part of something excellent!Please note we encourage you to apply as soon as possible, as this advert may close once we’ve found the right candidate.
