Data plays a central role in driving efficiency, transformation, and long-term growth.The RoleYou will act as a senior analytical partner to operational leaders, delivering insight that drives performance improvement, operational efficiency, and strategic decision making.Responsibilities include:Leading operational analytics initiatives across customer service, onboarding, payments, or related business functionsDeveloping and maintaining KPI frameworks, performance reporting, and operational scorecardsTranslating complex data into clear business recommendations for senior stakeholdersDesigning measurement frameworks to assess transformation and process improvement programmesBuilding trusted reporting and analytical solutions that support data-driven decision makingPartnering with operational and business leaders to identify opportunities for optimisation and growthDriving best practice across analytics, reporting, governance, and data qualitySupporting the adoption of automation and advanced analytical approaches across operationsYour Skills & ExperienceStrong commercial experience within operations analytics, business intelligence, or insight functionsAdvanced SQL skills with experience working in modern cloud data environmentsStrong understanding of KPI development, operational reporting, and performance measurementExperience translating analytical findings into actionable business recommendationsAbility to influence and engage senior stakeholders across both technical and non-technical teamsExperience working with visualisation tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similarUnderstanding of experimentation, performance analysis, and analytical best practicesExperience with Python, dbt, Airflow, or related technologies would be advantageous
