Position: Derivatives CounselType: ContractCompensation: $90 - $130/hour

Location: RemoteCommitment: 10-40 hrs/weekRole ResponsibilitiesPerform simulated negotiations and redlining exercises on ISDA Master Agreements.Review and assess AI responses to derivatives contract scenarios, providing expert feedback to improve model performance and output precision.Create objective evaluation frameworks and grading criteria to assess AI performance on derivatives documentation tasks with rigor and consistency.Collaborate with product and research teams to refine data, guidelines, and best practices for AI-driven contract review solutions.RequirementsHave strong relevant experience in derivatives documentation, with hands-on negotiation of ISDA Master Agreements, LPAs, CSAs and other types of commercial agreements.Deep familiarity with key ISDA provisions, including events of default, termination events, close-out netting, and collateral terms.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.Strong analytical capabilities and ability to translate legal expertise into actionable feedback for AI systems.Experience working with cross-disciplinary teams in fast-paced environments.Application ProcessEasy Apply on LinkedInCheck email for next stepsParticipate in resume evaluation & interview stage
