Live-In Property Management Assistant

We own five properties in Downtown Dubai and are looking for someone reliable to live on site and keep an eye on things.What you’ll do:- Be the on-the-ground contact for tenants- Arrange maintenance and deal with contractors- Handle viewings and check-ins- Help with day-to-day admin and keep everything running smoothlyWhat we’re looking for:- Good written and spoken English- Good with people- A problem-solver who takes initiative- Positive attitude and willing to learn- Experience listing or promoting properties online is a bonus (not essential)No extensive experience needed, just the right mindset.What’s offered:- AED 3,000 salary- Bed space in Downtown Dubai included- Immediate start available
