In this part-time, fully remote role, you will work with internal teams, suppliers, carriers, and external partners to support timely deliveries, maintain operational visibility, and ensure logistics activities align with business objectives.The ideal candidate has strong coordination and problem-solving skills, a practical understanding of logistics workflows, and the ability to balance service quality, delivery timelines, and operating costs.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, coordinate, and monitor logistics activities, including transportation, shipment scheduling, order fulfillment, and delivery tracking.Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, carriers, warehouses, and internal stakeholders to maintain smooth operational workflows.Monitor shipment status, delivery schedules, service levels, and logistics performance indicators.Identify delays, disruptions, documentation issues, and other operational risks, implementing timely corrective actions.Review logistics processes and recommend improvements to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and enhance delivery reliability.Support logistics budgeting, cost analysis, resource planning, and performance reporting.Maintain accurate shipment records, logistics documentation, tracking information, and operational reports.Ensure logistics activities follow applicable company procedures, contractual requirements, and relevant shipping regulations.Build productive relationships with logistics partners and support effective communication across distributed teams.RequirementsA minimum of 3+ years of relevant professional experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain management, or operations preferred.Strong knowledge of shipment coordination, delivery planning, logistics workflows, and supplier management.Excellent organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage competing priorities, resolve operational issues, and meet deadlines.Strong attention to detail when handling shipment records, schedules, and logistics documentation.Comfortable using spreadsheets, logistics management systems, tracking platforms, and remote collaboration tools.A bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or an equivalent qualification preferred.Professional certifications are not required.What We OfferFlexible, part-time working arrangements in a fully remote environment.The opportunity to improve logistics performance and contribute to supply chain efficiency.Collaboration with internal teams and external partners across business operations.A results-oriented culture that values ownership, practical problem-solving, and continuous improvement.Opportunities to strengthen operational expertise and make a measurable business impact.If you are a proactive logistics professional who enjoys improving workflows, coordinating complex activities, and delivering reliable operational results, we welcome your application.
