The organization is committed to continuous improvement and delivering fair, competitive value on every project.Role Description The Manager Civil is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for overseeing civil works across commercial, residential, and industrial projects. This role includes planning and managing civil construction activities, coordinating with project managers, MEP engineers, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure design intent, safety, and quality standards are met. The Manager Civil will review drawings and specifications, supervise site execution, monitor progress, and conduct inspections to verify compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards. Daily tasks involve managing infrastructure and stormwater systems, resolving technical and site issues, preparing reports, and supporting project scheduling and cost control. The role also includes leading and mentoring site staff, promoting safe work practices, and maintaining effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders.Qualifications Strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, coordination, and reporting.Experience in Infrastructure and Stormwater Management, including roads, utilities, drainage, and related civil systems.Proven Team Leadership capabilities, with experience supervising multidisciplinary site teams and subcontractors.Hands-on Inspection skills for civil works, ensuring compliance with design, safety, and quality standards.Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline; professional certification or membership in a recognized engineering body is an advantage.Demonstrated experience in civil construction management, preferably within MEP-integrated or Design & Build projects.Knowledge of relevant local building codes, infrastructure standards, and health and safety regulations in the UAE.Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills, with proficiency in common engineering and project management software.
