Manager Financial & Operations Audit

Job PurposeConduct audits across the bank and its subsidiaries, covering business, financial, risk, compliance and operational processes. Help strengthen internal controls and governance, with a focus on areas such as corporate credit, capital adequacy and stress testing.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute audits across assigned areas, including Corporate Credit, the Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP), Stress Testing and Capital Planning, within approved timelines and budgets.Perform audit work in line with internal audit standards and the Internal Audit Department’s policies and procedures.Support investigations and special reviews as required.Work closely with business units and Internal Audit colleagues to coordinate audit activities and follow-up actions.Follow up on outstanding internal audit and regulatory findings, and validate corrective actions before closure.Support the Head of Financial and Operations Audit in advising on risk, controls and governance for bank-wide initiatives.Key Skills, Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.One or more of the following: ACCA, CA, CPA, Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), CFA, Financial Risk Manager (FRM) or Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE).7–10 years of experience across financial services, banking, external audit and/or consultancy.Strong knowledge of banking processes across financial, operational, risk and regulatory areas, including ICAAP, Stress Testing and Capital Planning.Working knowledge of internal controls; familiarity with the COSO Internal Control Framework is preferred.Sound understanding of internal audit frameworks, standards and processes.Strong audit report-writing and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate findings clearly.Strong analytical and time-management skills, supported by relevant financial-market knowledge.
