Manager, Payment Development

Please note that this is not a Finance or Accounting role.Role Purpose Managing the day-to-day operations, delivery, and continuous improvement of digital payment solutions across Saudia Group. The role oversees payment acquiring activities, digital wallet initiatives, payment gateway integrations, and payment-related projects to ensure secure, efficient, and customer-centric payment experiences. The position requires strong expertise in digital payments, stakeholder management, regulatory compliance, and vendor coordination.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the delivery, operation, and continuous improvement of digital payment solutions, including payment gateways, acquiring services, and digital wallets.Oversee payment card acquiring activities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, PCI-DSS standards, and card scheme regulations (Visa and Mastercard).Lead payment-related projects and system enhancements, ensuring timely delivery, operational stability, and alignment with business objectives.Collaborate with internal stakeholders, banking partners, payment service providers, and vendors to implement and optimize payment solutions.Monitor payment performance, transaction success rates, fraud indicators, and customer experience metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement.Manage payment risks, resolve operational and technical issues, and ensure secure, reliable, and efficient payment processing.Prepare performance reports, business cases, and recommendations to support decision-making and payment strategy execution.Lead and develop a team of payment professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.Evaluate emerging payment technologies, market trends, and digital payment innovations to enhance customer experience and support business growth.QualificationsBachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.Minimum 10 years of experience in digital payments, payment operations, acquiring, fintech, banking, or related fields.Strong knowledge of payment ecosystems, acquiring services, payment gateways, digital wallets, Visa, Mastercard, and regional banking platforms.
