We offer a stable, friendly, and challenging work environment.We seek full-time Medical Laboratory Technicians/Scientist to work at both Edina and Eden Prairie locations (with flexibility to work in Burnsville if needed as well). Flexible full-time hours include: day shift (8am-5pm), evening clinic until 8:30pm, and Saturday morning (8am-12pm) rotation.Medical Lab Technician/Scientist Responsibilities:In-house test performance including but not limited to: urinalysis, hematology, microbiology, PCR, and kit testsPhlebotomy on all ages of patients including heel-sticks on newborns and finger-sticks on childrenCollecting NP, throat, and nasal swabsSpecimen preparation for reference lab send-outTest result reporting to appropriate physiciansRun and chart quality control for all proceduresPerform routine maintenance on instrumentsMedical Lab Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or Associate’s degree in Biology or Laboratory Science or equivalentASCP certification: either currently certified or able to sit for exam and attain within 6 months of hireMust work effectively in a fast-paced environment to promote our high standard of customer satisfactionMLT/S candidates must work well with childrenElectronic medical record experience is preferred
