The successful candidate will develop training materials, demonstrate industry-standard software, and help learners understand how to coordinate and manage building services systems through accurate digital models.The ideal candidate combines practical MEP engineering knowledge with BIM expertise and strong instructional abilities. This role requires the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and deliver engaging online training sessions.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deliver training programs covering MEP engineering principles and BIM applications.Prepare technical presentations, training materials, practical exercises, and project-based case studies.Teach mechanical, electrical, and plumbing system design fundamentals.Demonstrate BIM modeling, documentation, and coordination workflows.Provide practical training in Autodesk Revit MEP, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and related tools.Explain model development, clash detection, coordination, and design review procedures.Guide learners in preparing MEP layouts, technical drawings, schedules, and documentation.Explain BIM standards, project requirements, and model quality control practices.Demonstrate coordination between architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.Assess learner progress and provide constructive technical feedback.Stay informed about BIM developments, construction technologies, and engineering standards.Recommend improvements to training content, technical exercises, and learning delivery methods.RequirementsAt least 3 years of relevant experience in MEP engineering, BIM modeling, building services design, or technical training preferred.A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related field preferred.Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in building projects.Practical proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP and AutoCAD.Familiarity with Navisworks, BIM coordination, clash detection, and model management.Understanding of construction drawings, technical specifications, and engineering documentation.Experience delivering technical training, workshops, or professional coaching preferred.Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Ability to explain complex engineering concepts in a clear and practical manner.Ability to work independently and engage learners effectively in a remote environment.What We OfferFlexible part-time work in a fully remote setting.Opportunities to contribute to engineering education and digital construction development.A professional environment that values technical innovation and knowledge sharing.Collaboration with engineering, construction, and BIM professionals.Opportunities to strengthen expertise in MEP systems and BIM technologies.The chance to help professionals develop practical engineering and digital modeling skills.
