As a New Store Opening District Manager, you will ensure that our sales agents (external partners) have everything they need to open new stores successfully, while strictly following FROO’s standards, processes, and procedures. This position is essential for delivering excellent results from day one of each store opening.Your Profile:Proven experience managing external partnersPrevious experience in the Food / FMCG industriesValid driving licence – category B – and ability to travel within the assigned regionStrong decision-making and organisational skillsFlexibility, adaptability, and ability to work independentlyCreativity and openness to new approachesExcellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills

Main Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with sales agents/partners, guiding them through the store opening preparation processManage the end-to-end process of opening new stores in accordance with company standardsEnsure that all necessary tools, resources, and information are provided for a successful store launchGuarantee that all FROO standards are fully implemented during store openings
