IS HIRINGPosition: Operations & Container Booking CoordinatorMARLLOYD SHIPPING LINE L.L.C. is looking for an experienced and motivated Operations & Container Booking Coordinator to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.Requirements1–3 years of experience in shipping and logistics operations.Practical experience in container booking and vessel space reservations.Daily coordination and follow-up with shipping lines and freight forwarders.Ability to manage operational emails and business correspondence professionally.Experience using Dubai Trade, DP World platforms, and shipping line portals.Good knowledge of shipping procedures, container operations, and shipment tracking.Strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills.Fluency in English is mandatory. Arabic language skills are an advantage.Ability to handle multiple shipments and operational tasks efficiently.Job ResponsibilitiesBooking containers and securing vessel space with shipping lines.Coordinating bookings, freight rates, and operational requirements with shipping lines and agents.Monitoring container movements and following up on shipment status.Communicating with customers, shipping companies, freight forwarders, and agents.Following up on shipping and port procedures through Dubai Trade, DP World, and carrier platforms.Preparing, checking, and handling shipping and operational documents.Maintaining accurate shipment records and providing timely operational updates.Ensuring smooth coordination throughout the shipping process.Work Location & Employment TypeThis is a full-time, office-based position at our office in Deira, Al Muraqqabat, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.How to ApplyInterested candidates are invited to send their updated CV to:info@marlloydshipping.comPlease mention “Operations & Container Booking Coordinator” in the email subject line.
