Founded in 1853, we have over 12,000 employees and operate in nearly 100 countries.Job title:Operations CoordinatorAbout the role:We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive individual to support our internal functions to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.Key responsibilities:Coordinate meetings, scheduling, and general communication as needed,Prepare, organize, and maintain documentation, reports, and records,Provide general operational and logistical support to ensure smooth daily activities,Support the coordination of various internal tasks and initiatives,Assist in maintaining structured internal processes and ensuring tasks are followed through in a timely manner,Liaise with relevant stakeholders when needed to support ongoing activities.What we’re looking for:Excellent organizational and communication skills,A proactive, hands-on approach and ability to work independently,Strong attention to detail and a structured mindset,Fluency in English.This position is open to Emiratis in line with Emiratization requirements.
