Operations Manager – Offshore Hydraulic SystemsDubai, UAE | Full-timeSalary; £60,000-80,000 (equivalent) subject to experience plus BonusWe are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead workshop and field-service operations for a hydraulic engineering business serving the offshore oil and gas, marine and industrial sectors.You will manage the design, build, major overhaul, repair and testing of equipment including HPUs, drill-floor equipment, cranes, winches, LARS, skidding systems, large hydraulic cylinders, and hydraulic pumps, motors and valves.The role covers team leadership, workshop scheduling, field-service coordination, quality and testing, project delivery, and cost control. You will work closely with engineering, project management, procurement and customers to deliver complex jobs safely and on time.Applicants should have substantial operations-management experience in offshore hydraulics or closely related heavy engineering, with a proven record of delivering major equipment builds or overhauls.
