We deliver certified pest control, food safety, and hygiene solutions to commercial and residential clients across the UAE, following international standards.About The RoleWe are looking for an Operations Officer to keep our pest control service running smoothly day to day. You will schedule appointments, dispatch our technician teams, and make sure every treatment is delivered to Rentokil Boecker standards. It is a central coordination role for someone organised, client focused, and calm under pressure, who takes pride in keeping a busy operation on track and clients happy.What You Will DoSchedule client appointments and arrange proper dispatching for all technician teamsPrepare daily schedules for on site technicians and make sure treatments are carried out as plannedMake sure chemical and non chemical products are always available in the right quantities for each team, and monitor usageHandle client call backs and resolve them within 48 hoursCoordinate with the sales department on new clientsHandle client data accurately and on time on company systemsReview treatment reports and take action where neededCarry out customer satisfaction checks and field audits to ensure health and safety standards are appliedAdvise clients on pests, sanitation, pest proofing, and the right treatment approachPrepare and submit operational reports to managementRequirementsA Bachelor's degree in business administration, agribusiness, environmental science, or equivalentAt least two years of experience in operations or a relevant fieldProficiency in English is a must, Arabic is a plusEffective decision making and problem solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsRemarkable attention to detailStrong organisation and the ability to coordinate multiple teams and schedules at onceExperience in pest control, facilities, or field service operations is an advantageBenefitsA full time role with a global leader in public healthA supportive and professional team environmentA central role working closely with operations, sales, client service, and technical teamsGenuine opportunities to grow your career within the company
