The Owner oversees daily café operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control across all beverage offerings. This role manages financial performance, monitors sales, and implements strategies to grow revenue while maintaining cost efficiency. The Owner leads hiring, training, and development of team members, ensuring excellent customer service and a welcoming environment aligned with the brand’s wellness and authenticity values. Additional responsibilities include building supplier relationships, coordinating local marketing initiatives, maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations, and representing the business within the community.Qualifications Experience in small business or café ownership, including day-to-day operations management and team leadership.Strong skills in budgeting, cash handling, and basic financial analysis to manage revenue, costs, and profitability.Knowledge of coffee, beverage preparation, and food safety standards, with a commitment to quality and consistency.Ability to develop and execute local marketing and customer engagement initiatives to grow brand awareness.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills for leading staff and serving guests.Capacity to work on-site full time, including weekends or extended hours as needed, and to handle a fast-paced environment.Experience in hiring, training, and performance management, fostering an inclusive and respectful workplace.Entrepreneurial mindset with problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.Prior experience in hospitality, retail, or food and beverage management is highly beneficial.Relevant education in business, hospitality, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
