We are seeking an experienced Specialist Paediatrician to join our leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive medical care to infants, children, and adolescents, focusing on their health, growth, development, and overall well-being.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses in infants, children, and adolescentsConduct routine health assessments and monitor children's growth and developmentManage common paediatric conditions, infections, allergies, and respiratory illnessesProvide preventive healthcare, vaccinations, and developmental screeningIdentify potential developmental concerns and arrange appropriate referralsEducate parents and caregivers on nutrition, child health, and disease preventionCoordinate with paediatric subspecialists and other healthcare professionals when requiredMaintain accurate medical records and ensure high standards of patient safety and careRequirementsQualifications & RequirementsMBBS or equivalent medical degreeMD/DNB or equivalent postgraduate qualification in PaediatricsMinimum 3 years of post-specialization experience preferredExperience in managing a wide range of paediatric medical conditionsExcellent clinical assessment, communication, and interpersonal skillsBenefitsPrivate Health InsuranceTraining & DevelopmentPerformance Bonus
