Patient Coordinator — Starwalkers Clinic, Dubai Healthcare CityStarwalkers is a neurodiversity-affirming paediatric therapy clinic in DHCC. We work with children with autism, ADHD, Down syndrome and speech delay, and with the families around them. We are hiring our first Patient Coordinator.The roleYou are the first person a parent speaks to. Most families reach out worried, often after months of waiting and wondering. Your job is to answer them quickly, understand what is happening with their child, and help them take the first step.What you will doRespond to every enquiry within one hour during clinic hours, by WhatsApp, phone and emailFollow up with families who have not replied, at 24 hours and again at 72 hoursBook assessments and consultations, and make sure families know what to expectStay in touch with new families through their first sessionsReconnect with families who have paused therapyBuild relationships with nurseries, paediatricians and schools across DubaiKeep the lead tracker accurate and up to date dailyWhat we are looking for1 to 3 years in a patient-facing, admissions, customer success or coordination role. Clinic, school or healthcare experience is an advantage, not a requirementExcellent written and spoken English. Arabic, Hindi or Tagalog is a plusComfortable following up persistently without pressuring anyoneOrganised enough to keep 40 conversations straight without dropping oneWarm with worried parents, and able to stay calm in a hard conversationAlready in Dubai with the right to work.
