360Medicare is looking for a talented Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team in Dubai.This is a high-visibility role focused on building the personal brands of our leadership team and doctors across LinkedIn, Instagram, PR, podcasts, video, and other digital platforms.What We're Looking For:🔹 3–5 years of experience in Personal Branding, Executive/LinkedIn Branding, PR, or Content Marketing.🔹 A strong portfolio showcasing personal brands you have grown, supported by measurable results.🔹 Excellent English writing skills, with the ability to write in someone else's voice.🔹 Strong understanding of LinkedIn and Instagram growth strategies.🔹 Experience in PR, media pitching, and content strategy.🔹 Ability to manage multiple personal brands and content calendars.🏥 Healthcare Marketing – Added Requirements🔹 Experience in healthcare marketing, preferably working with doctors, healthcare professionals, hospitals, or medical service providers.🔹 Understanding of healthcare content, medical communications, and the importance of maintaining accuracy and credibility when communicating medical information.🔹 Ability to develop engaging healthcare campaigns that build patient trust, strengthen the visibility of doctors, and promote healthcare services while maintaining professional and ethical standards.Strong Advantage⭐ Experience in on-camera anchoring, presenting, interviewing, or video/podcast hosting.⭐ Experience in the GCC market, Canva, video editing, Hindi/Malayalam languages, or Zoho CRM will be an added advantage.📍 Location: Dubai💼 Employment: Full-time | On-site👤 Reporting to: Chief Marketing OfficerImportant: Please read the requirements carefully and apply only if your experience and portfolio genuinely match the role.
