Plant Manager

The ideal candidate will have experience managing both a production facility and a team. They should be able to analyze each step of the manufacturing process and use resources effectively to deliver desired outcomes.ResponsibilitiesEstablish and ensure the plant operates in optimal conditions and a strong safety culture.Establish and maintain company processes to ensure maximum capacity and resource utilization.Provide solid, consistent leadership, accountability, and mentoring to all employees.Lead the plant’s personnel development efforts.Manage the plant P&LLead the use of tools to improve business conditions.Lead initiatives to reduce cost and increase productivity and delivery.QualificationsBachelor's in engineering or a related field.Master degree is highly desired.Bilingual (English/Spanish).Strong use of Continuous Improvement and Problem-Solving tools.Finance knowledge: P&L, Forecasting, budgets.Coaching and management skills.Experience in manufacturing of automotive
