Portfolio Manager – Transaction Banking | GCC – onsiteWe are looking for Portfolio Manager for its transaction banking product team Our client, a leading regional bank with a strong transaction banking franchise.You will run the full transaction banking change portfolio across multiple GCC markets: deciding what gets funded, sequencing delivery, governing a large book of concurrent initiatives and proving the revenue and efficiency they deliver.What you will do- Build and own the transaction banking roadmap, change budget and capacity plan.- Run demand intake, business cases and investment prioritisation.- Chair portfolio governance; report to steering committees and ExCo.- Track benefits from go-live to realised revenue.- Lead the project managers across Cash Management and Trade Finance.What you bring- 12+ years in banking, 5+ years in transaction banking product, program or portfolio management.- Breadth across cash management, payments, channels, trade and supply chain finance.- Proven ownership of multi-million change budgets and vendor contracts.- Strong business case, benefits and executive reporting skills.- Knowledge of GCC regulators (e.g. CBUAE, SAMA, CBB, CBO) and ISO 20022 milestones.

Location: GCC – onsite client deployment (hiring hub: Dubai, UAE).

Candidates must be willing to relocate and work onsite in any GCC country.Nice to have: PMP, PgMP or MSP; transaction banking product P&L experience.
