Job Title- Presales Engineer / Solutions Engineer – Data Center & Critical InfrastructureType - PermanentSalary up to : AED 17000Work Location – DubaiJob Summary :We are hiring a Presales / Solutions Engineer for a leading data center and critical infrastructure solutions organisation. You will be the technical authority in customer conversations, turning requirements into compliant, winning proposals and fast-converting pilots.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical sales support for data center, colocation, enterprise and MEP opportunities.Validate solution designs across power, cooling, UPS, generators and DCIM.Conduct technical presentations, product demos and customer workshops.Prepare accurate BOMs/BOQs and technical proposals.Perform site surveys and capacity assessments.Respond to RFPs/RFQs with detailed compliance responses.Design and run pilots and proofs of concept, and drive them to conversion.Enable channel partners, SIs and consultants through training and technical support.Work closely with sales, delivery and OEM teams to keep proposals compliant and deliverable.

Requirements
