Process Optimization Manager

Location: Abu DhabiAbout the Role We are hiring a Process Optimization Manager for an major engineering and construction company in Abu Dhabi.

The role works across departments to review how processes currently run, find the causes of inefficiency, and redesign workflows with the process owners.Key ResponsibilitiesMap business processes end to end and analyse existing workflowsIdentify the root causes of inefficiencies and recommend improvementsRedesign processes and agree changes with process ownersLead cross-functional process improvement initiativesSupport ERP and digital workflow solutions so that redesigned processes are properly enabledChallenge existing practices constructively and influence process ownersPrepare and present findings and proposals to stakeholdersRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management or a related discipline15 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas or EPCStrong experience in business process mapping, workflow analysis and process redesignDemonstrated experience leading cross-functional process improvement initiativesGood understanding of ERP systems and digital workflow solutionsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex processes and identify root causesStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsProficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Visio, Lucidchart or an equivalent process mapping toolAdvantageousExperience with Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, BPM or similar methodologiesExperience in ERP implementation or optimisation projects
