Team members collaborate in a dynamic environment that values practical solutions, customer success, and continuous improvement.We are hiring a Product & Delivery Lead to take scoped work from brief to live, and to own its delivery and quality across our internal data and workflow platforms.This is a hybrid role combining product delivery, project management and hands-on technical judgement. You will take a scoped brief and specification, turn it into a build-ready plan, drive it through an engineering team, and verify the result before it reaches users. What you'll do
- Take a scoped brief and specification and turn it into a build-ready plan: backlog, stories, detailed acceptance criteria and a sequence engineering can work to
- Be the day-to-day point of contact for engineering — answer questions, resolve ambiguity and keep work moving without escalating by default
- Work with engineering on database table and data model design — entities, relationships, keys, constraints and granularity — and pressure-test a design before it gets built
- Own delivery end to end: estimates and sequencing with engineering, cadence, blockers, dates and the stakeholder conversations that go with them
- Use AI models such as Claude and Gemini across prototyping, schema design and data validation, and help build and deploy AI agents into our operational workflows
- Verify delivered work against acceptance criteria, functionally and on the data, before it reaches usersWhat you'll bring
- Proven experience in delivery management, product delivery or business analysis on data or workflow platforms
- Exceptional written communication — turns a brief into build-ready detail a developer can work from without follow-up questions
- Hands-on relational database design — tables, relationships, keys, constraints and grain — and comfortable writing SQL to validate results
- Practical, disciplined use of AI models (Claude, Gemini or equivalent) in delivery work, plus experience building and deploying AI agents or the aptitude to pick it up fast
- Works closely with engineers and challenges estimates on substance; strong ownership, follow-through and independent judgement under ambiguityNice to have
- Travel technology, marketplace or transaction-heavy B2B platform experience
- Exposure to BI and data warehouse environments (BigQuery, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch or similar)
- Experience taking an internal tool to a supported, production-grade platformWriting production code is not a requirement for this role.
