Product Development Manager

Job Overview:Product Development Manager leads KingAgroot's agrochemical product lines in the Philippines, being a bridge between the HQ and local teams, driving market strategy, product development, registration, and successful NPI (New Product Introduction) launches to achieve sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Market Strategy & Product Line Management: Conduct comprehensive market research (competitors, pricing, pest pressures, farmer pain points) to identify gaps and drive business growth.2. Product Development & Field Trials: Collaborate with HQ R&D on formulation screening and coordinate field trials to collect data on efficacy, crop safety, and resistance.3. Registration & Compliance: Align with the regulatory team on DA registration schedules and track progress.4. NPI & Launch Execution: Lead cross-functional launch timelines. Extract selling points, develop technical training materials (for RSM & FA teams), and support localized promotion plans.5. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, Registration, and Commercial teams. Participate in key industry exhibitions and marketing activities.

Qualifications

1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above, major in Plant Protection, Agronomy, or related fields.2. Experience: Min. 5 years in biotechnology, agrochemical, or related industries. International experience is a strong plus.3. Skills: Excellent project management, data analysis, and communication skills. Proficient in English, MS Office, and AI tools.4. Professionalism: High integrity, pioneering spirit, strong execution, and teamwork.
