Product Engineer (Fresh Graduate)

Job Description1. Product Introduction and Overall Integration (NPI / Transfer)-Responsible for the overall integration and advancement of new products from customer design to pilot run and mass production.-Serve as the integration contact for customers, frontend, backend, and testing-Plan and confirm product roadmap, milestones, and risk plans.2. Process Integration and Specification Definition (Process Integration)-Integrate the full process across Frontend / Bumping / Backend / Testing3. Issue Analysis and Problem Solving-Act as the owner for cross-department issues, leading efforts on: Yield loss ,Parametric failures, Reliability failures and Customer complaints-Communicate issue conclusions, risk assessments, and improvement plans with customers.4. Customer Communication and Technical Interface (Customer Interface)-Serve as the primary technical contact / product owner for customers.Explain to customers about the Process changes (PCN / ECN); Process capability and mass production readiness; Issue investigations and conclusions-Support customer audits, line reviews, and qualification reviews.5. Mass Production Support-Monitor mass production yield, cycle time (CT), OEE, and quality trends-Drive yield improvement, cost optimization, and cycle time reduction-Assist in process standardization and establishment of best practices-Support production line emergencies and ramp-upJob Requirements1) Bachelor's degree in any related engineering field, Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply as well.2) Proficiency in AutoCAD's skill is an added advantage
