Production Planning Specialist

Job PurposeDevelop and control the production plan of the eMobility plant, converting customer demand and forecasts into feasible manufacturing and material requirement schedules, in order to secure on-time delivery, balanced capacity utilization and optimized inventory levels.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare the master production schedule and detailed weekly and daily production plans based on demand, capacity and material availability.Run material requirements planning and convert demand into production orders and material requirements in the ERP system.Monitor production plan adherence, capacity loading and backlog, and re-plan proactively in case of deviations.Coordinate with Procurement and Warehouse on material shortages, expediting priorities and stock coverage.Maintain planning master data accuracy, including bills of material, lead times, lot sizes and safety stock parameters.Control work in progress and finished goods inventory levels against agreed coverage targets.Communicate delivery commitments and revised dates to Sales and Supply Chain stakeholders.Report planning performance indicators, including plan attainment, OTIF and inventory coverage.Qualification & EducationEducation: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics or a related discipline.Years of Experience: 2 - 3 years
