Role DescriptionPlan, develop, coordinate, and oversee educational programs to ensure effective implementation and alignment with organizational goals and educational objectives.Design, review, and continuously improve curriculum frameworks, learning materials, teaching resources, and program structures to ensure relevance, quality, and consistency.Manage the full program lifecycle, including planning, scheduling, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and continuous improvement.Collaborate with academic teams, educators, trainers, and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth program delivery and effective communication.Establish program objectives, performance indicators, timelines, and implementation strategies to support successful learning outcomes.Oversee curriculum development processes, ensuring that educational content meets relevant standards, learning requirements, and institutional expectations.Monitor program effectiveness through feedback collection, performance analysis, assessments, and regular evaluations.Identify opportunities to enhance teaching methodologies, learning experiences, operational processes, and curriculum quality.Coordinate training sessions, workshops, academic activities, and educational events to support program objectives.Prepare program reports, curriculum documentation, implementation plans, and relevant administrative records.Ensure educational programs comply with applicable policies, procedures, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.Support strategic planning and contribute to the development of innovative educational initiatives that promote student engagement and academic excellence.QualificationsBachelor's degree or above in Education, Curriculum Development, Educational Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.Strong understanding of educational program planning, curriculum design, instructional development, and learning methodologies.Excellent organizational, project management, coordination, and time management skills.Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.Ability to develop structured curriculum frameworks, learning materials, program guidelines, and educational documentation.Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate program performance and recommend improvements.Ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate different activities, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Google Workspace, and relevant educational or project management tools.Strong attention to detail, accountability, and commitment to maintaining high educational and operational standards.A proactive mindset with the ability to work collaboratively, adapt to changing educational needs, and drive continuous improvement.Passion for education, curriculum innovation, effective learning experiences, and the overall development of educational programs.
