Reporting at a senior level, you will have full accountability for project delivery, commercial performance, health & safety, stakeholder management, and team leadership, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and develop multidisciplinary project teams across transmission infrastructure projects.Manage full project lifecycles from initiation through to completion.Oversee project budgets, P&L performance, forecasting, and commercial delivery.Manage subcontractors and supply chain partners to achieve cost, quality, safety, and programme objectives.Ensure compliance with SHEQ standards, promoting a strong health and safety culture.Act as the primary client contact, building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.Monitor project performance, risks, and resources to drive successful outcomes.Required QualificationsDegree in Engineering or a related discipline.Recognised Project Management qualification (APM, PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent).Minimum 10 years' project management experience within the power generation, transmission, or distribution sector.Demonstrated experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects and project teams.Strong commercial management skills with P&L responsibility and contract delivery experience.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership capabilities.Preferred QualificationsExperience delivering high-voltage transmission or grid infrastructure projects in Ireland or the UK.Knowledge of utility industry regulatory and safety requirements.Join a growing organisation delivering critical energy infrastructure projects and play a key role in shaping the future of the power network across Ireland and the UK.
