Built on the foundations of an international group, the company supports clients with market entry, licensing, regulatory compliance, strategy consulting and IP Management, etc.

Location: Media City Area, Dubai - Onsite presence is required.Job SummaryWe are seeking an organized, proactive, and results-driven Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects from inception to completion.

In this role, you will define project scope, build actionable timelines, coordinate team efforts, and ensure key deliverables are met on time, within scope, and within budget. You will serve as the core communication bridge between technical teams, business units, and key leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & StrategyDevelop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for new project launches and ongoing operations.Coordinate across multiple regional markets to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.Align all operational and project objectives directly with broader organizational strategy and corporate goals.Stakeholder ManagementAct as the primary liaison between internal teams and external partners.Ensure transparent communication and deliver regular, data-driven status updates to executive leadership and key stakeholders.Regulatory Compliance & LicensingEnsure all market projects adhere strictly to regulations, licensing requirements, and payment compliance standards.Partner closely with legal and compliance teams to manage regulatory approvals, audit requirements, and ongoing operational compliance.Execution & DeliveryOversee day-to-day project activities and ensure key milestones are met across all project tracks.Proactively identify and mitigate operational or regulatory risks, developing effective solutions to keep deliverables on schedule.Process ImprovementIdentify areas for operational efficiency across existing workflows and propose actionable enhancements.Standardize and document operational frameworks to enable repeatable, efficient scaling in the business and work.Required QualificationsExperience: 3-5+ years of experience as a Project Manager leading projects, cross-functional initiatives.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).Knowledge: Experience managing multi-stakeholder, cross-border projects with strong understanding of local cultural and regulatory nuances.Methodologies: Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project management frameworks. Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to present complex updates to diverse audiences.Leadership: Strong problem-solving capabilities, adaptability, and experience leading team members without direct authority.Key CompetenciesStrong organizational and planning skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.High cultural awareness and adaptability.Leadership with a collaborative and solution-oriented mindsetExperience managing distributed, remote, or international teams across multiple time zones.Familiarity with data analysis and metric-driven performance evaluation.
